Before participating in sports, students must complete the athletic clearance process. Below are the steps to follow.

• Registration - Register on the HomeCampus website. Detailed instructions are available here.

• Physical Form - Have the physical form completed by a physician and submit it to the school. Click here for a list of local providers.
