Awards & Trophies: Funds academic, performing arts, and athletic awards
Athletics: Funds needs of the athletic department not covered by the school budget
Why should you join?
The Booster Club is a way to stay involved in your student's education and have a voice in the way booster money will be spent. We understand that, as parents of teenagers, it becomes harder and harder to stay abreast of what's going on with our kids. This is a chance to learn more about WUHS. To ensure we meet the needs of all students, we need their voices represented, through their parents, at booster meetings. This is not just a club for "sports parents."
Participation in the club is free; there are no membership dues.
What will be expected of you?
Monthly meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM in the school library. Committees will be chosen to plan specific events, volunteers will be recruited, and fundraisers will be planned. Volunteers are asked to participate at whatever level they have time for. We understand that we are all very busy and time is at a premium. At this point, the only expectation is that you attend as many monthly meetings as you can. This will ensure your voices are heard and your votes are counted. We look forward to meeting you and hearing your ideas!
Make a difference for students at Wheatland Union High School. Join the Booster Club!
