Work Permits

Steps to Acquiring a Work Permit:

1) Apply for a job, and go through an interview.

2) If you receive a job offer, come pick up an "Intent to Employ" from the WeWork Center in P-16

3) Get "Intent to Employ" signed by the employer and parent/guardian. Return to WeWork Center in P-16

4) WeWork will check student grades to confirm a GPA of 2.0 or higher (based on Quarter Progress Reports). Students will need to maintain a 2.0 or higher or Work Permit may be revoked or denied.

5) A Work Permit will be issued by the WeWork Center. The student needs to provide this to the employer.
