Wheatland Union High School District upholds a "closed" campus policy and uses adult campus monitors to supervise the campus throughout the day, especially during the morning break and lunch periods.

.This Sexual Harassment Policy contains dissemination plans, applicable definitions, reporting requirements, investigation procedures, enforcement regulations,and information related to suspension and/or expulsion for sexual harassment of or by students.
To ensure the safety of students and staff, all visitors to the campus, except students of the school and staff members, shall register immediately upon entering any school building or grounds when school is in session and wear identifying visitor badges.
Wheatland High School has a zero tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, violence, sexual or racial harassment and bullying. The school has collaborated with the California Highway Patrol and community resources to participate in the Every 15 Minutes Program, a dramatization of the effects of drinking and driving.
