Practice is held between Wheatland Elementary School and Bear River School (park at Virginia School) and all home games are held at the Wheatland Union High School football stadium.

Game times are selected Saturdays at:

bullet8:45am for Mighty Mites (ages 6 to 7)
bullet 10:00am for Jr. PeeWee (ages 7 to 9)
bullet12:00pm for Pee Wee (ages 9 to 11)
bullet2:00pm for Jr. Midget (ages 10 to 13)
bullet4:00pm for Midget (ages 11 to 14).
 

Note: Players and cheer are required to report 1 ½ hours prior to game start time and COACHES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CONDUCT A PRE-PRACTICE BEFORE WEIGH-INS.

Dance:  Bear River Middle School, Location, Date, and Time TBD.  Normally this event will require the following from each team/squad - hot dish Mighty Mites, Jr. Pee Wees, and Pee Wees whiles the Jr. Midgets and Midgets must bring a side dish.

Oct  _, 2009,  Cheer Competition Oroville Eagles will host - Location, Date, and Time TBD.  Teams parents will provide additinoal information. 

Nov 7, 2009, Wheatland Annual Harvest Festival - Date and time TBD - Event  sponsored by South Yuba Recreation Volunteer Association:  WYFC will provide information upon receipt.  

Nov or Dec 2009,  Fall Dance/Election for 2009 Board Members: - Location, Date, and  Time TBD

When and What is Jamboree?

Aug 22, 2009 at Yuba City Jr. Honker.  This is a series of “controlled scrimmage” game with each team starting from the 30 yard line and starting with 5 offensive plays.  No official scores are kept during the scrimmage.  Teams will alternate offensive series until the 10 minute time limit expires.  Unlike regular season games, two coaches are permitted on the field and can “correct” mistakes as they occur
