Miscellaneous Fund Raising

WYFC’s Fireworks Stand – Our major fundraising event.  Fireworks Stand is located on the corner of Highway 65 and McDevitt, (Express Mart) and is open June 28 to July 4, 2009.  Look for grand prizes

Wheatland Annual Harvest Festival: Event sponsored by South Yuba Recreation Volunteer Association:  Tri Tip Dinner, Auction, Prizes, Dancing and a Live Band.  Will provide additional information upon receipt.  

Gate Fees – Pirate home games have the following admission prices:  Families - $5, Adults (13+) - $3, Kids (3-12) - $2, Toddlers (0-2) – Free.

Touchdown Can – Each time a Pirate’s team scores a touchdown, look for the “Touchdown Can.”  Funds from this event support the concession stand.

Jamboree Tickets – This is our second major fundraising event and the funds from this event are used toward equipment for football players and cheerleaders.

50/50 Raffle During the first quarter of each game you may purchase raffle tickets.  A drawing is held in the second quarter.  The winning ticket gets half the proceeds of the raffle with the remaining half going to Wheatland Youth Football.  Tickets are $1 a piece or $5 for an arm-length.

Booth Rental for Homecoming Game – Individuals may rent a booth for $25.00 for 10 x 10 space to sell a product that does not conflict with WYFC.  For additional information, please contact the Fundraiser Coordinator.

 

WYFC Snack Bar

The Concession Stand is open at all Pirate home games from 9:00 a.m. through the 3rd Quarter of the Midget game.  We feel that our Concession Stand is the best in NorCalFed Southern Conference as demonstrated by the many accolades from other associations on our menu selections.  Offerings include but are not limited to:  “Loaded” Pirate Potatoes, Tri-Tip Sandwiches, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Bacon Burgers, Hot Dogs, BLT’s, Nachos w/chili and/or cheese, Pe-Paw’s Fries w/chili and/or cheese, etc.
