Answering Outside Calls… If your Phone rings, lift handset and converse.

Place Outside Calls… Lift handset and Dial 9 for CENTREX, dial 99 for outside line.

Answering Internal Calls… Lift the handset or answer hands-free by pressing speaker key and speaking into your microphone.

Placing Internal Calls… Lift handset and dial Extension number.

Last Number Redial… Lift handset, press the “Redial” key and dial * (star).

To Place a call on Hold… With call in progress press the Red "HOLD" key.

Retrieving Held Calls… Depress the flashing key.

Making Conference Calls… With a call in progress Press the "CONF" key, place the second call, and announce that you are setting up a conference, Press "CONF" again to connect.

Transferring… With call in progress, press the "Transfer" key, dial the extension you wish to transfer to and hang-up immediately or wait to announce the call and then hang-up.

Transferring to V-mail… With the call in progress, press the “Transfer” key, press the V-MAIL key, dial the voice mail extension (7XX), and hang-up.

Parking Calls… With call in progress press the "~" key then dial a park location O~9 on dial pad. Replace handset.

Retrieving Calls... Lift the handset, press the "Retrieve" key followed by the park location 0-9 on dial pad. Converse.
