The following guides are provided to assist you in maintain and/or posting your gradebook: 

Hot Linking Grades for Export at close of Marking Periods

  1. Pick the class you wish to work on
  2. On the Spreadsheet pull down menu, select the appropriate marking period (quarter)
  3. Find the column you need (Progress Report or Quarter/Semester Grade) and left click to highlight the entire column
  4. Right click and select Replace Task
  5. Replace the task with your CURRENT gradebook (ie: 2nd semester numeric weighted type)
  6. Double click on the same (ie: 2nd semester weighted….) when you reach the next screen.
  7. Select Letter Grade
  8. Click box to Hot Link Grades
  9. Repeat the above process for each class
  10. Select File Option from upper left of screen
  11. Select Export from Gradebook
  12. Select "continue with export anyway" when you get an error message
  13. Click Export
  14. Click OK ( the folder highlighted will be your ID number)
  15. Click No ..you don't need this printout
  16. CONGRATS!!!!!!! You're done!

Creating a new grade book spreadsheet for 2nd semester:

  1. Open your current grade book
  2. In the SETUP menu, select "Spreadsheet"
  3. Click NEW
  4. Follow the steps to name the new spreadsheet and select the appropriate options for your needs.
  5. Remember: use this NEW Spreadsheet for 2nd semester grades!!
